Exchange Policy

At flowerpotz.store, we want you to absolutely love your new pots and plants. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, our exchange policy is designed to make sure you receive the perfect products for your space.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Timeline: You may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
  3. Request: Email us at support@flowerpotz.store or use the Contact Us form. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to exchange.

What Can Be Exchanged?

  • Pots, planters, and plant accessories that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
  • Unopened and unused products, including live plants that are in their original pots and packaging (subject to our live plant exchange requirements below).

Exchange Terms:

  • Return shipping is FREE for items that are defective or shipped incorrectly.
    For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We will send you a replacement item of your choice or provide store credit, as you prefer.
  • Products not in original condition or requests made after the 5-day window are not eligible for exchange.
  • Live plant exchanges must be initiated immediately after delivery if the plant arrived damaged or unhealthy – please include a photo when requesting an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items that have been used, planted, or altered after delivery.
  • Custom or personalized pots and planters, clearance/sale items, or live plants that have been removed from their original potting.
