Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for pots, planters, or plants that are defective, damaged in
transit, or incorrectly shipped, purchased at FlowerPotz.store.
- Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your
order.
How to Request a Refund

the issue, and attach photos if possible.

Review: Our customer support team will review your request and provide return
instructions if your item qualifies for a refund.

Return: Return the product as per the provided instructions. If your item is
defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrectly sent, we cover return shipping. In all
other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- You will be notified when your return is received and inspected, along with the status
of your refund.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original
payment method.
- Original shipping costs (if any) are refundable only when a refund is granted due to a
defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
Non-Refundable Items
- Items returned used, not in original packaging, damaged (not due to transit), or missing
